Migration of MeeSeva Services to New Single SCA (CMS) System – Effective 5th March 2026
Dear VLEs, This is to inform you that all existing Mee Seva services will be migrated to the new Single SCA (CMS) system effective from 5th March 2026. In this regard, all VLEs are requested to self-transfer the secured stationery available in your respective logins. For transactions completed up to 04 March 2026, old certificates should be printed from the old login only, you are advised to retain sufficient stationery as per your transaction requirements. The remaining old OPR code stationery should be self-transferred to the new OPR code. The necessary provision to facilitate this transfer will be enabled shortly in Mee Seva Portal. For any further clarification in this regard, please contact your District Manager.
